Glennis LaRoe
Glennis LaRoe is a bicoastal character actress, improviser, and content creator (currently based in LA). She is the creator of the entirely self produced & performed Instagram character series, Everyday People for which she was described as "a many-faced comedy God." Her TikTok is fun.
As an improviser, she has toured around North America & Europe performing in London, Oslo, Berlin, and Edmonton, Canada with improv legends Colin Mochrie & Greg Proops, (Whose Line Is It Anyway?). She has trained and performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Groundlings and Reckless Theatre, where she was a prolific company member.
Glennis plays Aunt Regina in the improvised family sitcom, Come Ova! which can be seen monthly Off-Broadway at the SoHo Playhouse (when we're not in a pandemic).
She has performed stand up all around New York and performs in venues all around the city and state. Glennis was a semi-finalist in the 2016 Laughing Devil Cup & a finalist in the People's Improv Theater's Stand Up Showdown competition in Spring 2015 and returned to the competition that Fall.
